TriHealth Consultants Ltd was formed in 2003 and since then our success
has centred around helping individuals to respond appropriately to potentially
stressful situations that can occur both at home in one’s personal life and
work life. There are a variety of therapies used, including CBT (Cognitive
Behavioural Therapy) which helps individuals develop a realistic way of thinking.
Each programme is individually tailored to the client’s needs and psychological
treatments are available nationwide.
The secret of our success is that we aim to intervene early with treatment
structures preventing unhealthy emotional feelings from escalating. We tackle
a variety of problems ranging from stress to depression and addiction related
problems such as alcohol and gambling.
